Description of account arrears
(1) Arrearage rules
When you have not paid the bill generated by the CDN service or the account fee is less than 0, the service is in arrears.
(2) Arrearage process
① Notice of arrears.
On the day of arrears, Huosan Cloud will send you an email and SMS notification of arrears, and your system background login interface will send a pop-up reminder.
② Protection period for arrears.
Immediately enter the protection period after arrears, and within the protection period, Huosan Cloud will push a reminder to you every day.
Protection Period Duration: The protection period duration varies depending on your authentication status. The protection period for individual authenticated users is 3 days, and the protection period for enterprise authenticated users is 5 days.
Restrictions during the protection period: During the protection period, the services/features you use will be subject to certain restrictions, including the inability to use the balance to purchase prepaid products, and the inability to add and modify CDN domain names.
Unprotection period: Your account will automatically return to normal after recharging meets the recharge requirements during the protection period.
③ Arrears are frozen.
After the protection period ends, Huosan Cloud will send you a frozen email and SMS notification, and your account will be directly frozen.
During the freeze period, fees are still being calculated for services used to save data, such as storage services. The storage space resources occupied by the service will continue to be billed on a daily basis from the date of the service arrears freeze.
When your recharge amount reaches the minimum recharge requirement, your account will automatically be unfrozen and restored to normal.
During the freezing period, if you want to retrieve data, please first complete the cash recharge to pay off the account arrears, and then contact Huosan Cloud technical support for follow-up communication.
“If your account is frozen due to arrears, you still need to pay the outstanding fees, as well as the additional costs incurred for storing files and any resources during the freezing period.”. Otherwise, Huosan Cloud will reserve the right to charge you a late fee of 5/10000 of your unpaid fees on a daily basis. According to the regulatory system and laws, Huosan Cloud has the right to take legal measures to recover arrears.
④ Resource emptying.
“After the account has been frozen for more than 30 consecutive natural days, it is deemed that you have waived data ownership by default. Huosan Cloud will have the right to regularly delete all data in the account, and it is not recoverable.”.
(3) How to handle arrears
Please recharge as soon as possible after arrears. Recharge entry: Financial Center ->Account Recharge.
Recharge amount: It should not be lower than the available limit of the current account. It is recommended to recharge appropriately to avoid continuing arrears.
